OFF MY MEDS (BUT NOT OFF MY ROCKER)
Ever since my last p-doc appointment, I've been skipping my meds frequently. Partially because of this insane thing I do to mourn my friend's death every late April/early May, partially because I maxed out my FSA & I need to conserve, and partially because I want to stock up on doxepin in case my p-doc actually takes me off it.
Guess what? Aside from the insomnia, I've been doing ok. I still take a klonopin most mornings, and I'll occasionally pop a Namenda or a doxepin. But I seem to be doing ok. Maybe my craziness is just something that rears its ugly head occasionally now instead of being a constant force in my life the way it was when I first started this blog.
The insomnia hasn't gone away though. I've tried skipping the Ambien & I've paid for it the next morning.
I've got a 4-day weekend coming up. God, I'm looking forward to it.
